Throughout our long-term management and development, we have become one of the largest manufacturers of reflective materials and reflective vests in Asia.
The company operates according to the ISO9001 Quality Control System; our workshops are kept at a constant temperature in a dust-free environment year-round, with the use of antistatic equipment. These measures ensure the cleanliness of our products, while keeping them environmentally sound and safe for our employees. We have the capacity to produce more than 1.8 million square meters of reflective material annually; and our sewing workshop utilizes top-of-the-industry advanced computer sewing machines and double-needle sewing machines, with professional quality control personnel. Our sewing workshop has the production capacity of about 50,000 safety reflective vests per day, making us the biggest company, with the greatest variety of produced goods, in addition to the highest marks in safety inspections in China.
We have obtained the 2009 Leipzig, Germany laboratory-issued certificates: EN471 (Class 2) for reflective tapes, CE/EN471 for adult safety vests, and EN1150 for child safety vests. All materials have also passed the REACH tests issued by theEuropean Union. Our suppliers for fabric materials have obtained the ANSI/107 for the American market as well as the European Union EN471/EN1150/AZO certificates for environmental safety, along with other pertinent certificates.
